Shipping & Delivery – India
We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket. Our goal is to ensure that every order is handled professionally and delivered safely to your doorstep.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking link and AWB number, which can be used to track the shipment in real time.
In case of any unforeseen delays due to operational reasons, customers will be notified accordingly.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking details including the AWB number and tracking URL will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can use the provided link to monitor the delivery status of their shipment.
Delivery Timeline (India)
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location:
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days after dispatch
While most shipments are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
Important Delivery Information
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required while placing the order. Many courier partners follow OTP-based delivery verification to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Failure to provide the OTP during delivery may result in the shipment being marked as delivery failed and returned to the warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.
Shipping Charges (India)
Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A ₹125 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD orders.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for select destinations.
Orders shipped outside India typically take 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the destination country.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the products and delivery location.
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means the recipient will be responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country.
Failure to clear customs or pay applicable duties may result in the shipment being returned to the warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted.
